OFFICIAL RULES
SPONSOR: Berg Peaks / BERG PEAKS LLC, 6381 Beach St Unit D, Denver, CO 80221 ("Sponsor")
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN
1. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Project Copper Promotion (“Promotion”) begins on July 31, 2026 at 3:30PM Mountain Time and will remain open until all 800 Project Copper Entry Tickets have been sold, unless the Promotion is ended, extended, suspended, or otherwise modified in accordance with these Official Rules and applicable law.
A total of 800 Project Copper Entry Tickets will be made available.
Once the 800th Entry Ticket has been sold and the corresponding transaction has been successfully completed, paid ticket sales will close and no additional Project Copper Entry Tickets will be made available.
Sponsor’s records and designated commerce system will serve as the official record for determining the number of Entry Tickets sold and the time at which ticket sales close.
The date and time of the winner drawing will be announced following the close of the Promotion and will be conducted in accordance with these Official Rules.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of Eligible U.s. States/Territories who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents, and immediate family or household members of Sponsor, Berg Performance, promotional partners, advertising agencies, prize suppliers, and any entity involved in administering the Promotion are not eligible.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. PRIZE
One eligible winner will receive:
Project Copper: 2011 Porsche Cayenne S
Project Copper is a modified pre-owned vehicle developed and used by Berg Peaks as a showcase and development vehicle.
Vehicle details include:
- 2011 Porsche Cayenne S
- Auburn Metallic exterior
- Dark Cognac interior with walnut trim
- Approximately 79,100 miles as of July 31, 2026
- Berg Peaks suspension and off-road modifications
- Aftermarket wheels and tires
- Lighting and vehicle protection equipment
- Custom Berg Peaks graphics/livery
- Additional modifications and equipment as described by Sponsor
Prior to the Promotion, Project Copper underwent extensive mechanical servicing and preventative maintenance by the Berg Performance team to ensure it was ready for its next owner. Major service includes a complete timing chain replacement, full transmission service, cooling system flush and service, and replacement of all four factory air springs. These services represent significant maintenance items commonly associated with the 958 Cayenne platform and were completed to enhance the vehicle's long-term reliability, performance, and drivability.
Approximate Retail Value :
Actual mileage, condition, equipment, and configuration at delivery may vary from photographs or promotional materials due to continued use, testing, maintenance, repairs, or modifications before delivery.
No cash substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion where permitted by law.
4. VEHICLE CONDITION
The prize vehicle is a used and modified vehicle and will be awarded in its condition at the time of transfer.
Sponsor will provide any warranties or representations specifically identified in writing at the time of transfer. Except for such written commitments and any warranties that cannot legally be excluded, the vehicle is awarded AS IS and WHERE IS, with all faults.
The winner is responsible for inspecting the vehicle and understanding its aftermarket modifications.
Certain modifications may affect manufacturer warranties, emissions compliance, registration requirements, insurance eligibility, or use in certain jurisdictions.
5. HOW TO ENTER
During the Promotion Period, eligible participants may enter the Project Copper Promotion by purchasing a Project Copper Entry Ticket through the official Berg Peaks website or by using the Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) described in Section 6 of these Official Rules.
Each valid Project Copper Entry Ticket constitutes one (1) eligible entry into the Promotion, subject to the entry limits and eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules.
All entries, whether submitted through the purchase method or the Alternative Method of Entry, are subject to verification by Sponsor. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, duplicated, or otherwise fail to comply with these Official Rules may be disqualified at Sponsor's sole discretion.
A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE AN ENTRANT’S CHANCES OF WINNING.
Sponsor may reject entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, duplicated contrary to these Rules, generated through prohibited methods, or otherwise fail to comply with these Official Rules.
6. ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY — NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth on a plain 3" x 5" card. Place the completed card in a standard #10 envelope with sufficient first-class postage and mail it to:

Each envelope must contain only one (1) entry request. Multiple entry requests in a single envelope will be void.
Mail-in entries must be postmarked on or before the Promotion closing date and received by Sponsor no later than three (3) business days after the Promotion closes. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, or postage-due mail.
Each valid mail-in entry will receive one (1) entry into the Project Copper Promotion, subject to the same eligibility requirements and drawing procedures as all other eligible entries.
No mechanically reproduced, photocopied, automated, or bulk-mailed entries will be accepted. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any mail-in entry and to reject entries that do not comply with these Official Rules.
All mail-in entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
7. ENTRY LIMIT
A maximum of 800 Entry Tickets will be made available during the Promotion.
Each eligible participant may receive a maximum of five (5) Entry Tickets, regardless of the method of entry.
Each Entry Ticket constitutes one (1) eligible entry into the Promotion.
Sponsor reserves the right to reject, void, or disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, duplicated, submitted through automated means, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules.
Participants may not exceed the five (5) Entry Ticket limit by using multiple names, email addresses, mailing addresses, phone numbers, accounts, or any other method intended to circumvent these Official Rules. Any attempt to exceed the entry limit may result in the disqualification of all associated entries, at Sponsor's sole discretion.
Once all 800 Entry Tickets have been issued, no additional entries will be accepted, regardless of the method of entry.
Attempts to circumvent entry limits through multiple identities, accounts, addresses, automated systems, or other methods may result in disqualification.
8. WINNER SELECTION
Following the close of the Promotion Period, one potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received.
The drawing will be conducted by PineRaffle within 72 hours of completed ticket sales
The potential winner is not the official winner until eligibility has been verified and all required documents have been completed.
9. ODDS
Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
10. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION
The potential winner will be contacted using the contact information supplied with their entry.
The potential winner may be required to provide proof of identity, age, residency, and eligibility and execute documents including an Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility, Liability Release, tax documentation, vehicle-transfer documents, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release.
The potential winner must respond within 30 days of Sponsor’s first notification attempt.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to complete required documentation within the specified period, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected.
11. TAXES
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and ownership of the prize.
Sponsor may issue the winner any tax forms required by applicable law.
The winner should consult their own tax professional regarding the tax consequences of accepting the vehicle.
12. TITLE, REGISTRATION, INSURANCE AND DELIVERY
Sponsor will transfer title to the verified winner subject to applicable law and any requirements described in these Rules.
Unless Sponsor expressly states otherwise, the winner is responsible for costs associated with:
- Registration
- Licensing
- Insurance
- Taxes
- Transportation or delivery
- Travel to collect the vehicle
- Ongoing maintenance
- Inspection or emissions requirements
- Any modifications required for registration or lawful operation in the winner’s jurisdiction
Pickup will occur at Berg Peaks in Colorado unless Sponsor agrees to another arrangement in writing.
13. PUBLICITY
Where permitted by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city and state, photograph, likeness, voice, statements, and footage associated with the Promotion and prize delivery for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes without additional compensation.
Where such consent cannot legally be required, this provision applies only to the extent permitted by law.
14. ENTRY INTEGRITY
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual Sponsor reasonably determines has attempted to tamper with the entry process, manipulate entry counts, use automated entry systems, submit fraudulent information, interfere with the Promotion, or violate these Official Rules.
Entries generated by scripts, bots, macros, automated systems, or other prohibited means are void.
15. MODIFICATION, SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, legal or regulatory requirements, natural disaster, or another event outside Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affects the integrity or operation of the Promotion, Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion to the extent permitted by law.
If terminated early, Sponsor may select a winner from eligible entries received before termination if lawful and appropriate under the circumstances.
16. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, advertising partners, and promotion administrators from claims arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except where such release is prohibited by law.
Nothing in these Official Rules limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
17. DISPUTES
Except where prohibited, disputes arising from the Promotion or these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any mandatory dispute-resolution, venue, arbitration, jury-waiver, or class-action provisions will be stated here only after legal review.
18. PRIVACY
Information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, contact entrants and the winner, prevent fraud, and otherwise operate the Promotion.
Marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law and Sponsor’s privacy policy and consent practices.
Participation in the Promotion does not automatically constitute consent to receive marketing communications where separate consent is required.
19. WINNER INFORMATION
Where required by law, the winner’s name may be made available following verification.
